Welcome! My name is Jordan Perez. I am a curious, driven, and thoughtful professional living and working in Nashville, TN.
About
I am a curious, driven, and thoughtful professional who loves connecting with and solving problems for others. I am a life-long learner and knowledge seeker, and I love to share my knowledge and expertise with others. I strive to foster a sense of growth & empowerment among my co-workers, teams, and clients and I’m passionate about creating extraordinary experiences for clients and my teammates.
I’ve gained experience in large, small, and mid-sized companies, worked in restaurants, retail, and corporate environments, and collaborated with teams in-person and remotely. My experience in these different settings has allowed me to cultivate an incredibly strong work ethic and showed me what a team can accomplish together.
Currently, I work for AHEAD, an IT consultancy that partners with organizations to transform their IT systems and processes. My favorite part of this job is seeing what kind of challenges or goals our clients are working on, and then compiling the solution for them.

Feedback & Acknowledgements
“It’s a struggle trying to determine which CID quality to highlight, so I’ll hit on all three: Collaboration, Innovation, Drive.
Drive: Jordan consistently approaches every challenge with an upbeat, positive attitude. Whether we’re working on pricing a complex deal, or we need a quick custom quote she’s always there to make sure we get it right.
Innovate: She is constantly thinking of ways to work better, smarter, and more efficiently & consistently brings solutions to the table.
Collaborate: She’s quick to spot anomalies in SWAs and SOWs for scope, effort, and approach and collaborates across pre-sales and delivery to not only highlight issues, but help solve problems.
Jordan executes with a quite excellence that allows our team to get the job done.”

“RFP requests have doubled since last quarter which has provided me with more opportunities to work with Jordan Perez and the OA team. The quality of work, attention to detail, and positive attitude that Jordan brings to every project inspire me and my team. Jordan wears many hats and takes ownership of these projects that are often outside her role. She’s been integral to the success of many account teams and we’re fortunate to have her on the team.”
— Nick Rodriguez, CID Award Nomination
“I know how hard the OA team works to get SWAs, SOWs, and associated changes turned around as fast as possible, but there is one person on the team that consistently stands out and that is Jordan Perez. She is unbelievably responsive, professional, detail oriented, and a pleasure to work with.
Jordan, your hard work, extra hours, prompt responses, and positive attitude makes you an amazing and valuable asset to our team. I am grateful for your efforts and lucky to be able to work with you.
